Business Development Manager in Kochi, Kerala is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency founded about a decade ago. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to initiate the building of new business relationships and improve existing client rapport. The candidate must be ambitious, with an outgoing confident personality determined to succeed.

You must be comfortable in front of clients, create new opportunities and have a proven track record of building a strong association with the decision makers. You will be responsible for working with inbound leads and devise strategies to maximize your efforts with high-quality leads. You must use your digital marketing skills and knowledge to grasp the client’s objectives and develop the right digital marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities

  1. Provide new clients with the right digital marketing strategy after getting an in-depth understanding of their business
  2. Identify marketing strategies including new markets, prospects, the latest trends, services etc.
  3. Ensure productivity gaining new customers following up on leads and convince them to do the purchase
  4. You will help plan sales campaigns, create sales pipeline, negotiate prices with suppliers and vendors, if necessary,
  5. Use the approved business social media channels to connect with potential clients championing our products.
  6. Keep up-to-date with new trends and technologies and refine the marketing strategies to deliver optimum results.
  7. Proficiency in time management to manage multiple tasks without losing focus or quality.

Desired qualifications

  1. Graduate with relevant field experience
  2. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoints, Word etc.
  4. Proven experience in meeting and exceeding set targets.
  5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  6. Hands-on working experience across a range of digital marketing
  7. Result-oriented and the ability to work within a team and independently.
